This is a Mediterranean recipe! I learnt this recipe from my mother when I was growing up in Syria. We used to enjoy cooking and eating falafels together as a family. I arrived in Canada one year ago, while my mother is still in Syria. I still make falafels regularly now that I live in Canada. It’s easy to make delicious falafel sandwiches by getting some pita bread and adding Tahina sauce and vegetables over the falafels. My kids love to take these sandwiches to school. I’m sure if you try it you will love it!
